Intermediate vs Senior Sticks

Recommended Posts

So, does anyone know if Int. sticks typically fit standard blades in the butt end? Specifically a Vapor XX Int.

Easton Intermediates have an enlarged end at the base to fit senior blades, but the shaft is smaller, very close to Jr. size. The butt end on Easton intermediate is a Junior butt end.

The Easton tapered shafts are junior on both ends.

I don't know about Bauer or any others.

Sorry to a bit off topic, just didn't want to start another topc. Whats the diference between a mid flex (inter.) ccm and a senior ccm?

I use a CCM Vector 120C INT shaft (MID flex). The length is a bit shorter but it accepts senior blades. I bought the INT because I like the wippier flex. I'd say it compares to about a 70/85 flex in Easton. Depending on your size/strength you may prefer the senior REG or STIFF flexes. The new Vector INT sticks come in two different flexes MID and LIGHT.
