Hockey Practice Drills - Defense specific

I am helping coach my 11 year old son's AAA hockey team.

I have been asked to focus on the defense.

Does anyone have any good advanced defense specific drills that I can use during practice?

Can anyone recommend a good online resource for drills?

USA Hockey and Hockey Canada (not sure where you are) both have training materials available. I guess my question is in regards to the specific skills you are trying to teach them. Are you looking for transition, zone positioning, open ice positioning, etc...?
