Difference between Proformance stainless steel (CCM/RBK)

Recommended Posts

I am just wondering what are the differences between the proformance lite stainless steel and the proformance 10 stainless steel. Do they use the same materials? And also what is the difference between the steel that says "Proformance 10 stainless steel" and the one that says "Proformance stainless steel"?

Thanks

Depends what years you are talking about. The perf lite and proformance steel were identical to the solids except for the cutouts in the lite steel. Then CCM changed from a 11' stock radius to a 10' on both those runners. That's what the 10 stamped on the runner means. For a while the RBK and CCM runners were made at different Canada factories with the RBKs tempered a little harder. All orient made now.
