Tongue recommendation

I'm looking to swap out the tongue on my MX3s for something a bit thicker. What recommendations from Bauer, Reebok, Nash, A&R, etc do you have? I don't want to make a pricy mistake. I go tongues in.

I always preferred the APX2 tongue (if you have enough volume in your skates) or a single felt tongue over the NXG/MX3 tongues. The Sniper Nash tongues might be the most obtainable, unless you plan on buying a cheap used pair of skates just for the tongues!
