Bauer 4500 lid vs CCM Resistance 100

Wondering how these two helmets stack up. Anyone played with both? How do they compare in terms of weight, protection, and breathability? Am currently in a Bauer 4000 with visor and about to upgrade to a 4500, but am mildly curious about the CCM 100. Thanks

I switched over from the 4500 to the 100. There is definitely more helmet in terms of padding and adjustability in the 100.

Purchase whichever fits best.

I've never tried the 4500, but I just picked up a 100 and it's pretty damn light. No complaints so far.
