A few questions about skates...

Hello all,

I recently cam across a pair of old easton z air hockey skate boots, and I was wondering 1. If these boots will fit on any size 10 skate blade and holder and 2. How much would it cost to get these put on my current holders/blades. I currently have 652 ccm tacks from around 2005, and the steel and holders are in great condition, so I am looking for some way to replace the boots. Any 288mm holder will fit.

You will have to check with the shop doing your swap for a quote but mine charges $10 for each holder removal or installation. So to take the holders off your CCM Tacks would be $20, and to install them on your Easton boots would be another $20.

Make sure that boot will fit. IRCC, it ran about a half size smaller than the old Tacks.

Also a crapshoot finding someone who can align them properly, being undrilled.
