  1. not entirely true, My CCM RBZ are made in canada! Not a production skate but none the less made in Canada
  2. Helmets: Easton S17(white), pro-stock Warrior Krown (red). Sticks: Reebok 8.0.8 (phanuef 75) X2, Warrior Widow (kovalev 75)X2, Bauer ONE100 (stall 77)X2 Skates: CCM RBZ, Reebok 11K (whites) Gloves: CCM CS400 (13'' red), Warrior Pro series (14'' red). Shoulders: CCM U12 Pants: CCM Fit 09 Shins: Reebok 6k (14'') Elbows: Reebok 7k Bag: Easton EQ Pro (Red)
  3. You have to figure "most" people fit their shoes at least 1/2 size big or more because thats how they were tought their whole life. You know the whole finger in front of the toes thing, right? Well subtract that 1/2 - 1 whole size from you shoe size and thats you actual foot size. In Skate fitting i like to go up 1/2 size for growth in a growing player, which is about a snug finger's width(top-bottom) in skates. if its a thumb width(like mom always checked for in your shoes) then it may actually be more like 1 size bigger in shoes. For instance I wear a 91/2 shoe and a 7 CCM Skate. Sure it looks like 2 1/2 sizes now BUT take away that 1/2 size then boom 2 sizes down and i like a tight skate.
  4. What has always bothered me is when you do (or when you can) get them a discount & you come back with the number, which most of you know usually isn't much on a new or "current" model. And they say to you: "Wow, is that all?" Then not only are you put off but now you have to explain to them the situation on why we can only offer them this particular product at only 5% off. And then it's only happening because they are a good customer.
  5. Idk, the LE seem pretty solid too!
  6. here are a few pics of the Basic C7:
  7. Stick update... Helmet: Easton S9 W/Torspo visor Shoulders: Bauer Lightspeed 8000 Elbows: Easton ZJD (Long) Gloves: Easton E-Pro Pants: Easton S7 Shins: Jofa 7500 Skates: CCM U+07 Stick: Tron Basic C7 (Zetterberg)
  8. Well my initial thoughts are very high. The stick seems quite a bit lighter than expected, around the 500 gram mark. The blade(C7) is a spot on copy of a Zetterberg, which is exactly what i was hoping. The only gripe i have is a little bump and the fuse point where more material was added for strength, not a bad thing but a lil unsightly none the less. So for $39.99 out the door, i'm pretty damn happy so far. Now just to hit the ice.....
  9. I ordered a Tron Basic on the 26th. I got the C7 (Zetterberg) clone stick in non grip. The order was placed at about 10am on monday, just checked the tracking and it will be here today! 2 day "free" shipping isn't bad at all. HT says the basic model is in the X:30/EQ30 level, so for $100 worth a value i'll give a full review soon!
  10. Thats the lid that i use, I do like it alot.
  11. Helmet: Easton S9 W/Torspo visor Shoulders: Bauer 8000 Elbows: Easton ZJD Gloves: Easton E-Pro Pants: Easton S7 Shins: Jofa 7000 Skates: CCM U+07 Stick: Mission Titanium Shaft W/Easton ST Blade (Heatley)
