Im not sure if you had the offender blocked on here, but he did reply to you, offering to allow you to test new equipment and work with you to make a better deal then what you were looking for before. I know you are most likely not willing to shop with them again, but I would allow them to try to make the bad situation right, at the least.

I have been really wanting new shin pads as my 15' Jofas are just too small for my 6'3' height. Needless to say my ankles are exposed. I love the Jofa so much I just cant quit them.
