Breaking In Synth Leather Gloves

Came across a pair of brown synthetic leather Tron gloves. Was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to break them in quicker. I usually toss my nylon tufftek gloves in the skate oven for a bake, which typically works well, but Synth leather is considerably stiffer so any advice would be wonderful.

One weird thing I used to when I was breaking in a new baseball mitt was to bring it in the bathroom when I took a shower. The vapor in the air would loosen it up pretty well. Kind of a strange thing to do looking back at it...but it worked pretty good for me.
