  1. i have about 8 or so fuels w/broken blades but i haven't had the time to play doc as you put it... i'd really love to know where to cut, or how to get the blade out if thats possble. if you do find out, or if anyone knows i'd be very thankful for a pm...
  2. congrats on your first goal. you're on my fantasy hockey team in my keeper league. I'm expecting big things from you. keep it coming.
  3. ha i dunno if that's him... guess it might be, but they also have howard cosell on their team so who knows... the link at the top goes to a record label site but it's not his label... would be pretty cool if he was into hockey...
  4. you wont believe me but he bought a pair of 8k inlines of a friend of ours for 40 or 50 bucks, cant remember which... Practically brand new, worn once or twice at most, with the wheels and bearings included... so the only costs other than the 2 pairs of ice skates were the shop cost of switching the holders, which was done by another friend of ours at the rink we play at... not sure how much he paid but i'm sure he got a discount... i'm a little jealous, can you tell lol...
  5. My additions to the party... some groups with new stuff out: Bright Eyes. I guess they're pretty well known nowadays but all of their albums are pretty decent, including there recent release, Cassadaga Lostprophets. Also somewhat known. Latest album isn't spectacular but their first 2 are good, also a very good live show. super-unknown special: Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey. If you like modern jazz improv, they have some pretty cool stuff, fresh sound with a classic vibe too.. very good live show... Quick hits that i haven't seen mentioned AFI - old stuff is better Anberlin Bela Fleck Dead Prez Fun Lovin Criminals Howie Day - ya i know he's popular now but if you can find any of his early live stuff it's sweet... Lyfe Jennings Madball Mae Matisyahu Me First and the Gimme Gimmes - worlds greatest cover band Royce Da 5'9" St. Germain X-ecutioners
  6. sounds like all you have left to try would be the vanguard hi-lo...
  7. word... you're right i'm dumb... it's late and i saw the pic and the wheels look pretty damn close to the sole...
  8. nice setup nahwhal... hows the wheel clearance in the front? looks like you might have had to dremel a bit...
  9. Very nice, like the color choices. The numbers on the side look better than they do on the customizer on the website, but i wish they werent so big... what did you have put on the cuff? last name maybe? and what are the specs? palm? padding?
  10. Interesting... I have 2 fuel grip one-pieces, and i can say they are the best performing stick ive ever used... as for style, imo missions line this year is probably the best looking bunch of sticks ive ever seen... i like how they take the white background idea from the xxx-lites and make it better with red, green and blue flames... the lower end sticks look pretty decent too... fuel gloves are a little strange, but ive liked the wickeds look since they first came out... and what were the reasons behind developing only 1 whole new line of skates and not the other? were the xp's not selling as well or did they think they were good the way they were last year? edit: i bet rbk loves the name "toxic 12k"
