I'm surprised Easton does not tout their parent company's extensive expetise in various helmet markets. You'd think all the r&d could be applied to hockey and help them various technological strides in a hurry...

In the on95 video awhile back kane expressed that he likes all black sticks and that when he was younger he used to spray his whole stick black. Im guessing he likes the look of the nongrip version better based on that.

The timing just might be right for a pro to be testing out Bauer's next stick offering under a current offering's paint job. Skates arrive in the spring and the stick shows up in the fall.

Cool info. That picture is a little deceiving though, the knob is behind his skate and the blade is out in front of him a bit aka the stick is not straight up and down.

I've been doing a lot of pictorial research on the stick length dilemma. Here's some of Patty Kane. I don't know whether these sticks are cut or not but they're definitely his. The first two are in dress shoes, the other on the ice.

He has been in U+ since the beginning of the season. Always was in CCM till last year, didn't feel he got the right fit.

Not sure if mentioned, but Danny Briere last night was rockin Apx's. They look pretty good on the ice. Look just as good as 40s imo. For the people thinking it looks like crap I think they'll have a different opinion once they see someone on the ice with them.
