I used to get emails when I would get PMs. Because I am not on a computer every day anymore it would be great if I could get the emails so I could check them on my Blackberry. Is this no longer an option or is it a setting I need to activate?

Go into My Settings -> Notification Options, scroll down and you should be able to pick how you are notified. I'm pretty sure everyone gets emails by default. We have your gmail email as the email listed on your account.
