Broken Blades?

My kid just broke a second blade in his Supreme one.9's. LS2 blades in size 3 skates, trigger type holder. Ice warehouse was great in replacing the first set. Both blades broke is a strait line almost in the middle of the blade. Has anyone else seen this happen?

if its the same skate in the smae spot ...most likely the holder is out of alignment.

The holders have never been replaced so we may be looking at a manufacturing defect in the skate itself?

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for holders to be slightly mismounted at the factory, which causes a slight bend in the steel and can create a pressure point that would be more susceptible to breakage.
