Order Replacement for Bauer Hybrid Shield?

I have this shield: Bauer Hybrid Shield

Shortly after I purchased it, the shield started to crack on one side. After a collision last night, the shield cracked entirely on the other side, separating the shield from the cage. Is it possible to order a replacement shield from a Bauer retailer? The cage portion is fine.

(EDIT: I did ask Pure Hockey and I am not sure the customer service rep fully understood me, so that is the reason for this post)

Bauer should warranty it in that timeframe
