Go a size down. I wear 15" 2S Pro retail and they fit me well, the 15" HG11/12 are MASSIVE and the 14" fit me perfect.

Oates is doing skills coaching now. He does a lot with kids and junior players at my home rink. But he has had some NHL'ers and NCAA guys down here too.

As someone who grew up with the rise of pop-punk on the radio, i see “Ska Boots” and i think of bright colored Doc Martens with black & white checkered laces.

I gotta post this in tribute to the 2s pros. I took a clapper straight to the fingers tonight from a former echl and d1 player, big fat rip, clean shot, wide open right in the slot and it got me square on the fingers of my top hand. I thought I was done, but I felt it a bit, but not even a sting, just the impact. I'm sure there are other gloves out there that are similar, but I was sure that something was going be broken, and thankfully I didn't miss a play and was not injured. It was really a miracle for me. Can't recommend these enough.

I hear yous. I just never felt the P92 played the same P28. I don't see the P92 as a toe curve but there are plenty of people who disagree with me haha.

HG12s run huge in my experience. I wear a 15" in any anatomical or tapered fitting glove, but need a 14" in HG12s, and they're not even close to short on me. For reference, my 2S pros are a 15" and the fingers I measured in 15" HG12s were a full inch longer than the Supremes. I would suggest going to a 13" for these.

Howdy, Reads to me like you're overthinking it. If they fit, they fit... Doesn't matter what letter is on the tag and what numbers are on a chart. When you're playing if you find issues, that's a different story, but play and experience the issues before you try and solve them. Mark

Hills used them and made a video on the sizing: PBH also details his sizing experience here: He went from 7.5EE retail Bauers and 7 1/4E Right and 7 E left custom Bauers down to 6.5R TF9s. He was also able to easily fit a 272mm holder on the 6.5R TF9s. I wear 8EE Makos (and also measure an 8 on a Brannock) and tried on both 8W and 7.5W True TF9s. The 8W was clearly too long. The 7.5W felt better, but that was unbaked. I didn't get a chance to try on 7R, 7W and 7.5R TF9s and would want to do that (and ideally baking the ones that felt close) before making a decision on the size. I know from just trying them on without baking I'd definitely have to drop down at least half a size. Hills and PBH actually baked and wore the skates; so their experiences are more telling.
