  1. Lies, every game is for the STANLEY CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! /end sarcasm
  2. Please post this in the proper section : http://modsquadhockey.com/forums/index.php?/forum/18-skates/
  3. Gallo never comes out
  4. Look at that bro on the left @IW Team - Chase
  5. Interesting a big guy like Kessel would use 3/8ths, I use 5/8's and that seems really deep for me and the Ice I play on is a lot harder than NHL ice from the pro rinks I have skated on.
  6. But Dougie - they are Black and Yellow, gotta rep the MSH colours!
  7. I am sure it won't hold, I just want it so my feet don't fall out of the bottom of the skates
  8. Same thing just happened to my Mako's Friday. This was my Third pair though, I am going to try to epoxy them to use for a little bit longer until I get new skates :(
  9. Lets get back on topic here. VH thread, not show it off thread.
  10. Even with the win last night, I have no Idea how LeBron will be able to keep up averaging a triple double the rest of the finals. For a basketball player he plays a physical game, he doesn't play a Curry or Jordan type shooting/finesse game.
  11. Thats some racist shit broseph
  12. Aired out after every skate and actually isn't rusty more due to bad camera I actually dont really ever try to block shots, I don't get paid to play so I am not blocking shots if i don't have too
  13. It started with a shot, They got soft then just got worse with more skates. I am sure being 220lbs doesn't help when they became soft. Still wouldn't expect them to break from a shot as this hasn't happened with any other of the skates I had. S17's the stitching all fell out but that is normal for them I got them a little while ago when they came out, so out of warranty
  14. The most unfortunate thing has happened to my mako's. The carbon fibre on the heel has split and shredded making them unusable as the boot bends to the ice on a small turn, I can completely push in the heel of the boot. This is completely unfortunate because these were the best fitting skates I have used in a long time and loved the flexibility. If only the durability lasted for me. Here are the pictures of my skates:
  15. Agreed I always get a half size smaller, I have 8D because once they break in they are perfect. All toes scrape the toe cap after break-in
  16. I had something similar happen to mine Seaner; my liner pulled up at from the bottom sole and tear a bit, I just did the hill billy thing and added a piece of tape where it pulled off and tore and it hasn't further more tore or pulled away any more. I can post a picture later when I get home from work to show you
  17. I had a pair of 501's a while ago. They were very comfortable skate for its time (if they fit you correctly).
  18. My New-ish skates i have had for about a month
  19. yeah them LS2's have nothing on step steel.. haven't had step steel since my 705's, i have missed it.
  20. switched out my ls2's to step steel speed and huge difference on the ice feel more glide and so far the edges are strong.
