Reebok 7K vs CCM Pro Stock Pants?

I'm looking at getting some CCM pro stock pants but am unsure which ones to get as I'm currently wearing some Reebok 7K's. Out of the 70's, 7000's, 35's, and 520's which would fit closest to the 7K?

other pants that you mentioned are different, they offer more protection and are a bit heavier
