    In regards to the cost of the skate, before tacking on the custom charge. Will you always have to pay retail for the skate (so $600 for the X60, for instance) and then add the custom fee, or would it be the going price for the skate (for instance, the retail X60 on sale for $450 at the LHS) and then add the custom on top of that?
