Thanks for video, might help. Inside of skate is covered with some kind non removable yellow "foam", so i doubt that heating from inside could help some how to soften outer shell. Heat gun? Mine one does not have gentle mode 😄 I will try hairdryer, more likely to reach 180-190°F (80-90°C) without melting something.

Hi, Purchaced Bauer S25 Supreme, and ankle bone (medial malleolus) gets realy paintfull after some skating. Not expensive ones, but expected more comfort. Skates has factory punch out, but for my feet it looks in wrong position. Blue circkle where actual bone is in my case. Should i rebake them and hope best? or is this pro-shop job only (punching out in other place)? Thanks!
