David has been developing a nice chippy edge to his play lately. (Shoving back, whacking with his stick) Last night he looked even to punch DeVries of Nashville. I like it :)

David is getting huge praise for his action late in the game all over the St.Louis Blues sites. It is very important to the team as well, because if you notice the Blues players there are not the tough guys. Stempniak Boyes Perron etc. this sends a very postive message. No one on the Blues are going to get pushed around and the whole team will stand up for one another. Once again it has been a pleasure to watch David this season. I have watched every period he has played in. His improvement has also been amazing. Cannot wait for next season

David has been playing great lately, he has not had much luck though in the points department. Hit the post again after dekeing Khabaibulin. Yesterday in Chicago he was dynamite. Here is a little surprise for you. Coach Andy Murray was playing Perron at Center for a good part of the game. For many of you that know Andy Murrays coaching style, this a huge step in David's development that Murray had the confidence to play him there. Andy Murray also stated in an article in print lately that David's overall game has improved dramatically. Its all good right now about David Perron in St.Louis What a hockey player :)

I am actually glad this happened last night where it did because this gave everyone a chance to see what has been going on all year. Blues fans cannot figure it out. He played a game agains't Columbus a month ago and was maybe the best forward on the ice, and scored the game winning goal. His reward was a healthy scratch the next three games. The problem that has been created by this is quite a bit of Speculation as too the many reasons why this is going on. Which then leads to questions about David's attitude or work ethic or defence reponsibilities etc. etc. etc. Because Fans want an answer or reason. This is the harm that is being done to this young player. It is not about last night. There is a bigger picture here. What Andy Murray has done is to create a huge controversy here and that is an outright crime IMO Murray has labeled this kid in the media. I hope Murray and Blues Management are happy.

I have watched the Blues for 40 years (Ok I am addicted to pain and suffering) David Perron may be one of the very best things that has happened to this franchise I have never seen a player at his age with the level of skill and passion that he brings to the game. I would also like to thank all of you on this board as well as David's family for the level of support you all have shown him. His father mother and brother and David for showing their preserverence in some tough times early on in his young career. This is one Blues fan way of showing how extremeley fortunate we are to have David Perron as a member of the St.Louis Blues David Perron has been an absolute pleasure to watch this season Thank you very much
