    Just received my gloves back from Eagle. I had them add inner backhand padding (it was cut out when I bought them) and black mesh gussets. They turned out great and I can really feel a difference in temperature. Very happy with how they turned out.

    You can do that?! Did it change the fit? How much was it and what's the turn around time?

    When I bought the gloves, they had the backhand padding cut out. I had them add it for $25 (they actually had to take the glove apart to add it), mesh gussets was $15 and was without them for about 2 weeks. Very well worth it considering I bought them for $78 originally. I would say the fit is very similar to the retail Eagle PPF with the backhand padding inside.

    mind if i ask what you used to remove the ink?

    Here's what I did:

    1) Saturate ink area with 99% rubbing alcohol and then press it in to layers of paper towel.

    2) Saturate ink area with acetone (nail polish remover) and then press it in to layers of paper towel.

    3) Continue alternating with 1 & 2 until no ink is transferred to the paper towels.

    4) Spray on 'Spray and Wash" stain remover on the area and work in to the fabric. Let sit for 20 mins and rinse cold water. ( x 2).

    5) Let dry.

    You realize how hard to find that colorway is, right? Blacking out gloves like that is a shame.

    I know, but one of the letters were blacked out when I received them from the seller. I managed to remove some of the permanent ink already to see if I could get them light again, but I'm going to finish the job with black India Ink.

    I plan to go after practice and get him to sign it. I might have my girlfriend snap some pictures just to see the reaction.

    I have been very close to getting one several times now (caps gear sales etc.) found it on ebay and basically said I have to have it ......

    get a video haha.

    Haha definitely keep us posted! I could picture him offering you a new signed S17 or something for that stick. Haha

    My new baby. Don't know whether to play with it yet or just get it signed ..... hoping to get a few more because I love the curve, flex and feel of the CNT.

    Sorry cell phone camera was all I had near me at the time.

    All my equipment

    CCM V10 helmet with CCM 480 cage, CCM V8 with Oakley straight, Warrrio Super Macdaddy's Limited Edition. Also got 3 Grant one95's from TSR this week, great deal! And Nash TPS R8.

    The mac daddys look nice.... i put in an order for a pair before i heard the palms where shit

    Thanks guys! Room is still a work in progress

    Guitarmy, yep, both are EPP. The fit is similiar to my rbk 6k helmet. fits really nice and very light compared to my 9500. It's a shame that these helmets probably won't make it to retail. Unless JR knows anything about it.

    fieldofdreams, Tape Tiger is a tool that's supposed to make the removal of tape on your stick blades easier. IMO didnt really work for me but I'll keep it in the bag since there's a mini stone on it.

    Easton, you just have to do it through your LHS.

    What's the minimum order (12?) and how much?

    One of the best sticks Easton ever produced, IMO. The Pro Stocks were beasts.

    1995ish? My dad has a similar pair except his have the pumps, come to think of it he has a few pairs of old skates like that. I wore them on the outdoor rink once, your right technology has come a long way.

    '93, '94' or '95. Not really sure.

    Such a basic looking skate, yet sharp looking.

    What curve? Don't say modano or I may have to steal it.

    It's a pro stock, but it's very Modano-like.

    Saw one of these (LH) at the Canucks equipment sale ($100), it was mint and said "RICHARDS" on it, assuming it was Brad Richards'.

    Picked up a few sticks at the Canucks Sale. Pyatt S17 (95 flex), Raymond CNT Stealth (85 flex), Sedin ONE95 (100 flex).

    Ugly curve!

    That picture doesn't do it justice, the Sedin is actually more of a Sakic curve with a more heel.
