i own a lot of bag, none of them like me at 100%, for a lot of reason:
* warrior covert: cool as backpack but too small to carry all the stuff. look like playing tetris when i have to put in there all my equipment, damn. plus it's very large. stuck in the doors it's a tradition.
* bauer core: classical bag. size it's perfect, damn huge. but it destroy my shoulder while carrying it. plus i destry every door i try to pass over.
* grit HTSE: i love the compartments and how it's stay vertically and in some small room it help dress/undress. but i hate to noisy wheels. and i discovered to hate to carry a wheel bag.
so... back to this bauer pro15........
EDIT: well, i bought 1 year ago. from that moment, i never stopped using it.
here is it my opinion:
* size: im 190cm (or 6,0") and to give a better idea about my stuff, i use L pants, 17" shingguards, 9,5" skate. and yeha, i can put everything inside this bag... with some trick, i can fill up with EVERYTHING (and im the kind of guy who put in the bag too many thing, like double water bottle, food, belt bag, plus another bag for used clothes, towel and bathrobe, and other stuff without end...). just i would like some more space for the next version of this beauty. maybe 10cm (4inch) more, over the lenght. imho could be a good idea. ps: i've bought the biggest of the Pro15 (there s a Medium size and a Large size).
* weight: it quite like any other bag. it's a nothing.
* compartments: 1 for the skate (ive got a 9.5, they fit in without problem with slippers too)(i use skate guard to avoid cut on the bag). the other one it's for the helmet (ive got a helmet+shiled visor bauer concept), on the top with a nice soft mesh. good idea for my visor. the main compartment inside got also a valuable pocket (a bit small to be honest. inside can stay a phone, keys and not much more)(got soft mesh this one too) and a net, to put inside a jersey or fresh clothes. it's not possible to put in too much stuff... but it does its work.
* bag & backpack: only one thing to say... it's AWESOME. that's it. it fit ok while carring it. i can go trough the smallest door without get stuck (or even worst, destroy the door) and walk without destroy my shoulder. my spine can carry it for a lot... i mean, i can park my car where i am forced to and walk without be scared for the pain to drag the bag on. and if its raining. i can use the umbrella in a confortable way, without wash me and the bag itself. and snow it's not a problem anymore. i can walk nimbly. when i use my grit tower i always have to see what my wheels have to dodge...
* price: a bit high imho. it's just a "bag"... BUT i have to say there s quality, like the soft mesh inside the helmet-bag, or the double slider (with lace too) for every zippers.
* score: 8/10. imho bauer could build it a bit bigger on the top, but that's ok by this way too.
* conclusion: if u cant carry a bag with weels or on a shoulder... if a backpack it's always small and too much large... imho this s The Bag.
