Heel Lifts

Is there something special that you use for a heel lift on a skate? or what do you use to add height to the tuuk? I've seen a tuuk thats been lifted but i was just wondering

if you mean you want something between the heel of the skate and the holder, i think they make plastic inserts for it. if you dont want to do this, then you can always buy different holders

the plastic that is used can be purchased from your loca hardware store
