Hockey Tournaments?

For the past few years, we have done the California Hockey Tournaments in Vegas and in Phoenix. Now that we have both a women's and a men's team we want to play the same weekend. Phoenix happens but once a year so we were wondering if there are others out there that are similar?

I saw that Canadian Hockey Enterprices (chehockey.com) has one and Global Sport Vacations (gsvhockey.com). Anyone ever attended these tournaments and can provide some feedback?
