Goalie Pic's

I just wondered if anybody had any pictures of what a NHL goal scorer might see on a breakaway. How much room do those guys give you. A friend of mine his uncle used to play AHL/Europe. Says they give you room and make you go their to get it. I searched getty but I couldn't find anything. I know that these are near impossible picture angles to get. But any kind of pic of a high end goalie (NHL/AHL/CHL) would be cool to see.

Not a picture, but its all deception. The best goal scorers see the areas that the puck can see, not what their eyes can see. Go down on your stomach, right next to a puck, and then look at the net. Stand up and look at what you would see normally. It's 100% different. Lots of people don't realize this, but it really helps with scoring on breakaways and situations where you have time.

Theres 2 tapes that go indepth to that. The Shooters Edge and the Goalies Edge, both do it from opposite POVs, but both are good to watch and understand. The only time I've seen what you're talking about is in Toronto. They used to have a "Score on CuJo" thing outside of the arena, there wasn't alot of space anywhere really, but at that level its about opening them up and making your own holes.
