Heat Molding Elbow Pads

Recommended Posts

Just got a pair of Synergy 900's to replace my Easton airs that are falling apart.

It says that they are heat moldable but there aren't any instructions on how to do so with the pads. I've heated Easton gloves before so the heating process is pretty straight forward. What I need to know is if anyone knows what temperature to heat them at and how long to do so?

TIA

You can just put them in a skate oven until they're pretty hot, then you can mold the elbow cap down so it isn't so bulky or mold it to your arm...whatever you'd like. It's not going to hurt the elbow pad, just put it in the oven for 1-2 min.
