gloves

Recommended Posts

I usually wash them with soap and cold water, for the palm i use a product (after washing) that it's made for leather shoes for mantain them soft.

But i cant take away the black signs of the tape from the palm, simply no way!

Unless you wash it every time after you play from when you bought them i don't think it goes away.

For the "exterior" of the gloves as i said i think that with some soap and a lot of work you could clean them (and they dont stink anymore after...)

Oh the soap isn't the one you wash yourself, it's the soap to clean clothes!

Water is bad ,it creates a breeding ground for the bacteria to grow.

I dunno how much they are...my mom gets em but I don't think theyre too expensive. You can usually use them like 3 or 4 times before they get all crusty and like rip apart.

Peanut Butter

You've got to be kidding. What do you do just smear it on and scrub?

The oil in Peanut Butter works well on goal pads. Removes the puck marks like a charm.

On a side note, Skintimate Shaving Cream in the pink can has lanolin in it.

Not if you wash them with soap (for clothes), interior exterior and palm and then let them dry (but after if you don't use any product for the palm they became "crispy"...)

careful with the magic eraser I hear they pull dye out of leather. I haven't tested this but I read about it on a car care forum, so I would check a small corner first. Of course fake leather or pleather is ok.

I've been using the eraser on my gloves and shoes for a couple of months now and the colours didn't bleed but yea just check a small bit before you do.
