San diego Roller Leagues?

I was wondering where in the San Diego Area i can find a roller league to play in, or just for pickup.

Also if could list some rinks that would be greatly appreciated

I believe there's one in National City somewhere as well. I don't play roller, so I can't offer too many more details other than that.
