I'm glad that everyone is excited about this.

Of course, we don't know much more than what is mentioned in the article and lots of speculation other places. Checkett was involved with the Rangers and MSG ownership so I figured someone here would have something to say.

I'd say the general opinion here in town is that most fans are relieve to see the team bought...but a mild fear that they could become the Hartford Blues.

Who I am I kidding....right now I doubt anyone here cares about the Blues when the Cards are headed to the playoffs and the Rams are just starting their season.
