the boot is super comfy once you get used to them and you'll also get top of the line rink rat wheels as well. the chassis isn't the best in the world be but fot that price it's a good deal... not the total STEAL but a good deal. i say go for it but at least lace it up in the house and see if it'll fit your foot ok first.

I just bought some new for $249 from epuck (hockeymonkey has em too at this price). I grew up playing traditional roller hockey, and have only worn inline skates for recreation. AFter hanging up the ice skates, I have taken up inline hockey with the HHS IIs. Very comfy. The front footbed is very wide for a "D". Size runs 1-1.5 less than actual shoe size. I wear 11.5-12 shoe, and the 10.5 HHSIIs fit me well. They appear like they will hold up exceptionally well.

Thanks for your response to my post...My problem is my friend that has the skates lives in another state and I cant try them on...I know the guy well so I know he isent ripping me off or anything, but the fact is I still cant try them on....I wear a size 8 street shoe and the skates are a size 6.5D which I think will fit from what youve been telling me about a wide foot bed...However I am a little worried that the skates will be to wide?...is it just the foot bed or are the skates just wide in general how about the weight are they light skates?...Thanks

compared to the high end skates of today they are heavy skates... you get a heavy chassis, heavy wheel, heavy bearings and the boot isn't the lightest out there. good over all though for the price.
