Flames struggling?

Why do you guys think they are struggling. Is it Kiprusoff letting in to many goals? The special teams that dont help him? Or something else?

I don't think they are a good team. I think they surpised teams last year, which lead to them getting into the playoffs. Had a great run, but this was a team which was consistantly billed as a 10th-11th place team. Not alot has really changed. They added players, but not moreso than other teams in similar situations. I see them sliding in where Edmonton used to be. Fringe playoff team, capable of surprising, not much more.

Good points Eazy. I think they are similar to the Hurricanes when they made their run to the Cup but have seemingly failed over the past few years.
