Fire0nIce228 1 Report post Posted October 11, 2005 I havn't been on the ice since tryouts in April, and I havn't done any real exercise since then either. I've been going to work/college and home and thats it. After tryouts I was put on the midget AA team, but declined to play for $$ reasons. Well after the months between April and now, things have happened and I have money. I went to the teams first game on Sunday to watch and was immediatly asked if I could play. I told them yes and was shocked to find out that I have practice tonight, practice thursday, and a game on Sunday, and they expect me to be there and be ready to go. Point is, I havn't done anything involving cardio or weight training all summer long, so I'm not going to have any wind or any strength. Anything I can do to get it back quickly without draining myself, because I definatly need to have time/energy to do my school work?
