ccm inline

I have a problem with the ccm inline range pf10 and pf8 and would like to talk to someone about it. I. E. boots deforming, soles bending and rivots breaking, boots are only five months old.

When I had some problems with my pf I was told to deal with the retailer that I bought the skates from and that ccm would only communicate with their retailers never customer direct. After 5 months of hearing nothing from hockey....cough cough m......I was given a new pair which I promptly sold. My problem is the frame had bent within 30 days.
