thenextone96 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2005 this seems to be a good place for ipod help and i cant find the answer for this answer else...everytime i go to open itunes, an error message pops up saying "make sure quicktime is correctly installed on this computer." so i went to apples site and downloaded a few different versions of quicktime and it still doesnt work. Then i downloaded a few different itunes updates and it still wont open. any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
#28tz 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2005 Well quicktime is downloaded on to your computer when you download itunes.So try uninstalling itunes and re-installing it. You dont have to worry about the songs getting deleted as they will already be on your ipod so when you connect your ipod to itunes the songs will go back on to your itunes.That is of course id you have an ipod Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
