myst3ry 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2004 I was curious if anyone knew of the online hockey workout website that was posted previously on Corebeam? The website pretty much had a day by day/week by week training program that took you through every day and described what to do.. I was going to give it a try but lost the site when I did a format on my computer..
