Foppa doesn't mean anything in Swedish, it's just a nickname given to some people called Forsberg. There are more people here with that nickname, I'd say it's kinda like how a person called Smith can be nicknamed Smithy.

But yes, sure he's bound for the Hall of Fame. It's not the NHL Hall of Fame, it's Hockey Hall of Fame, so the career outside of the NHL should be considered as well (international tournaments such as the World Cup, Olympics, World Championships and maybe the career on club level in Europe too). And keep in mind that former Soviet goalie Vladislav Tretyak was inducted too and he has never played a single game in the NHL, I don't know if he was even drafted?

And also, I wouldn't be surprised if he returns to the NHL after one or two years in Sweden, especially if his team wins the championship to fulfil his dream of winning with them. So he might very well add more games to his NHL career. But even if he doesn't, I think he's worthy of becoming a Hall of Fame member in the future.
