Swiss Ball Workout

I am looking to put together a good swiss ball and ab workout to strengthen my core muscles. I play hockey and swim so it important to have strong core and trunk muscles for posture and general strength.

I own a swiss ball (one of the smaller ones) and 50lbs of weights. (dumbells and plates)

I am looking for a program to follow 4-5 days a week that should take about 15 minutes a workout.

It is not rocket science. Just use the ball in place of a bench. Sit on it and do your dumbell lifts. Put your feet on it and do pushups. Lie on it and do crunches. Put your heals on it and do pullups on a bar locked in a squat machine.

Just don't try to stand on it, or you might break your neck (like a player in Florida did).
