LetsGoWings13 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2005 What are the best exercises to gain muscle quickly and also be very tone? Right now i have weightlifting for a class in highschool im pretty sure athletes are required to take it but im not 100% sure on that. I only get to work out for an hour a day and i really dont want to waste my time on ineffective exercises. I dont want to do anything to stunt my growth because i am still growing.
