Anyone in the know able to give me the correct numbers or a brief answer to the following questions? Any help in terms of a website that has the answers would be appreciated just as much. I am in Ontario if you know the information for multiple provinces/states and want to know which one to answer for.

- Minimum sale amount below which sales tax is not charged

- Amount of commission paid to retailers who collect tax for the government

- When remittances must be sent to the government

- How a retail sales tax license is obtained

- How revenue from retail sales tax is used by the government

- Retail sales tax law concerning a product bought in a neighbouring province and brought home to your province

- Different PST rates for each province and why they exist
