Converting skates

Recommended Posts

Im thinking of converting my Easton ultralight pro skates to roller, but im not sure if ill like them or not.

so what im wondering is, if i do this, would i be able to take the chassis back off and put the original holders back on? or would there be problems doing this?

Thanks.

Take it from me...I'm a veteran of converting, and re-converting...if there's any room in the sole, you should be ok.

Of course some holes may overlap, and some guys might have a difficult time mounting where there is nothing for the rivet to bite into.

I put 4 sets of holes in my VSi's after a ton of tinkering with holders and chassis varieties. Many of the holes overlap of course. As long as the outsole of the skate is strong, and they shop tech knows what they are doing, there should not be any problems with conversions, or putting the old ones back.
