do skates fit certain kinds of insoles?

my sister somehow threw mine away and i cant seem to find any insoles that fit right. I have size 7 graf 503 skates.

what is your opinion on what i can use?

also, how do i know where to trim the insoles at?

is it just a hit and miss situation?

those superfeet insoles ,the grey ones. shock doctor insoles are decent apparently.

Find an LHS that has the same skates with that size insole. Then buy some superfeet (or shockdoctors from them) and trim them to the same size as the insoles that you now have a sample of.

Ouch. Well then, I don't really know. Find someone on here that has replaced theirs already and ask them the mail them to you?

You could always go to a local store and just pick up some dr. scholls that you like. You can always cut them to shape and they work well, imo.
