If someone has the Sasser Worm, I thought they could not even get on the computer. My CPU was the victim of the Worm, and everytime I turned on the computer, a message popped up stating an automatic shutdown in 59, 58, 57, ect, and shut off.

mine did it when i got connected to the internet, and the application that suddenly terminated was like C:/system32/lsass here guys ill post the link, just download this and run it, it scans every file until it finds the worm it takes about 15 minutes or so

Yea, that's the same program my brother-in-law downloaded to a CD for us. Worked fast, and efficiently.

If you dont have it yet, go to www.microsoft.com and get the update patch. This patch will make sure you dont get the virus to begin with.

I got it, I just formatted. It somehow killed my soundcard too because it doesnt work now and I have no money to buy a new one because I just payed for my enw video card.
