New Shoulder Pads

I read the reviews but there is not much there. I currently have the Easton Synergy 500's I find them to be very bulky in the shoulders and I don't like the low profile. I am small and fast so weight and mobility are the most important cause I don't hit much. Anybody have any ideas for a guy playing at an intermediate level (Midget A). If you have estimate prices even better. Thanks in advance.

I have the Synergy's as well and I don't see how they wouldn't work for you. The low caps provide better range of movement than a lot of the other traditional caps. And the Synergy is a fairly light pad. You could try the Nike series but the caps are bigger. Or to really strip it down some of the manufacturers have old traditional style pads but those don't offer much protection. To me, it's better to have a little more protection than nothing. I have had 2 separated shoulders as evidence.

Bauer 6000's light, terrific mobility, good protection. theyre around $80 usd. i think.
