2005 CCM PRO TACKS STIFFNESS VS VECTOR PRO

Hey I was just wondering which one is stiffer ? Because I am looking to get a pair of PRO TACKS but I have a pair of VECTOR PROS and they are too stiff for my liking. Also the Pro Tacks are they like a clone of the RBK 8k skate ?
