Photoshop Help

I just got Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for free and I need some help.Does anyone know of any good online tutorials or any help on how to change colors of stuff without making it look like it was done in paint.

I'm no PS genius...but if you load an image then Select:

Image>>Adjustments>>Hue/Saturation...

You can manipulate the colors.
