rbk 8k helmet grippy foam inside..

So my parents gave me my brothers brand new 8k helmet, and I'm really liking how light it is...

but... how do I get that grip texture foam on the inside to not yank at my hair all game? I imagine if I were to wear it for more than 10 mins, I'd get a bad headache :(

It was like that with mine for the first couple ice sessions and then it got better. Just use it.
