MS publisher 2003

ok im trying to make a newsletter to put into emails and i found a template and did everything using publisher. i then tried to put it into an email using publisher like i was told the program could do but then to my suprise i got a message saying that u need to buy a membership to MS outlook for at least 1 year in order to send it. does anyone know another way of getting this news letter in a email besides sending it as an attachment? maybe there is another program i should be using?

I've only used Publisher twice, so I'm not familiar with it, but that's a strange message you're stating.

Outlook isn't a "membership." It's an email program. You wouldn't buy a one-year membership to Outlook to send files, you'd use it to send emails/files via your ISP.
