Nike Apollo OPS

I have read the review of the Nike Apollo OPS in the review section, but I am seeking any other reviews/comments my fellow hockey players have about this stick.

not to be a jerk but if you search for them there were a bunch of topics on them recently. I think the reviews were mixed some loved them others hated them.

People who generally go for super-light sticks thought they were too heavy; everyone else thought they were great, as far as I recall.

I have an Apollo shaft (with a Bauer blade in it) and love it. It seems pretty durable so far, and it's much lighter than my Z-Carbon or 5030 woodies were.

The Apollo is an excellent all around stick with decent feel, great durablity and a hard shooting stick.

i loved the feel of mine til it borke but now i believe its even better as a tapered shaft imo

^ Agreed. The blade on mine broke at the elbow (where bauer puts the rubber on the Endure blade). It lasted for like 15 hours on the ice, but I really liked it while it was an OPS. I must say I like the way my Vapor XX feels better. But the Apollo as a tapered really is pretty awesome.
