If they are, I believe they will be duty free because of NAFTA, but what I don't know is whether Fed Ex or UPS will charge for brokerage service. If they are classified as foreign-made, then the products have to be sent as a gift, person-to-person to with a value under $60 CAD to avoid tariffs, although I'm still not sure whether UPS and Fed Ex will charge brokerage fees.Generally, I send via the Post Office and mark the product as a gift around $25 in value, although Canadian Customs can claim that a value is unrealistic.
