firsttimer 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2006 Am I a little behind here but did you guys know that mission changed out there factory wheels and replaced them with Rink Rat MB 816's? Im not complaining I got a good deal on them and they ride smooth and I seem able to turn good. Just curious.. Joker518 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2006 Yea, that is weird. You can actually choose which set of wheels you want when you order them from Hockey Giant. Check the drop down menu on the product page under the sizes and for most you can opt between the original wheels and the Rink Rats.On a somewhat unrelated note, do any of you inside guys know when we're gonna see Hyper release some new product? I haven't seen those Zero-G wheels anywhere aside from stock on the 10000's. They haven't really put out anything new since 2004... and not just their wheels. They always made solid pants that held up well. Is the company also affiliated with Rink Rat as well? I seem to see a lot of their promotional stuff together. sdcopp 1 Report post Posted March 18, 2006 Hyper and Factory are part of the same parent company, and have been very quiet lately. Rink Rat is their own entity, and stepped in for Mission when Hyper was unable to meet the high demand of both Missions skates and as stand alone products.
